A 7-day free trial, a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first payment, and cancel any time. Here is exactly how it works.
mcpgawk Platform includes a 7-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you pay nothing. If you do not cancel, the subscription begins and your first monthly payment of £29 per person is taken.
If you are not satisfied after your trial converts, you can request a full refund of your first monthly payment within 14 days of that payment. Just email us, no lengthy justification required. This guarantee applies to your first paid month.
Because mcpgawk Platform is a monthly subscription you can cancel at any time, renewal payments after your first paid month are generally non-refundable. If something goes wrong on our side (for example the Service was unavailable or a charge was clearly made in error), contact us and we will put it right, including a refund where appropriate. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Lemon Squeezy customer portal (the link is in your order and renewal emails), or by emailing us. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. There is no partial-period refund for the unused part of a month, unless required by law.
Email hello@nativerse-ventures.com from the address you used to subscribe, with your order or licence-key reference. We aim to respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are issued by Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method, and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Your subscription is sold and processed by Lemon Squeezy as our Merchant of Record, and all refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy. Independently of this policy, Lemon Squeezy may issue a refund within 60 days of purchase where needed to resolve a dispute or prevent a chargeback. VAT and sales tax collected at checkout are handled by Lemon Squeezy and refunded with any refunded payment.
mcpgawk Platform is a software subscription delivered instantly by licence key and repository access; there is no physical item to return. The terms above are how we handle refunds for that instant-delivery software, and they sit alongside our Terms of Service.
